一、藝術家介紹 About Artist
有紀法師出生於新加坡東北部的一個小村子，童年時期在大自然底下度過，生活自在又無邪。他從小就喜愛畫畫，常常陶醉在自己的畫畫世界裡，走到哪就畫到哪，紙筆不離身，也因為鄉村的生活啟發了他寬廣無限的創作靈感。
為了追求自己的藝術夢， 17歲的有紀法師進入LaSalle-SIA 藝術學院，讓自己放縱在藝術的世界裡，努力學習各種層面的藝術創作。
成年的他，喜歡靜靜的感受著藝術的氣息，欣賞藝術，更多方面嘗試、發揮自己的創作能力—畫畫、裝置藝術、影音、動畫等，走向多媒體藝術創作的方向。
出家以後，有紀法師把畫畫帶回最原始的起點——塗鴉。一支筆，一張紙，一條一條的線，一顆一顆的點，一個又一個的圈，就這樣隨時隨地，隨心隨境的創作。因為出家，他更學習著將佛法融入作品中，把佛教藝術帶到另一個層面。他期許自己要學習他的師父星雲大師，做個人間佛教的行者，用文化藝術將佛法傳遍世界的每個角落。
Venerble Youji was born in a village northeast of Singapore and had spent most of her childhood in the nature, leading a carefree and innocent life.She loves drawing since young and was enchanted in her own artistic world. She drew wherever she goes, never leaving her paper and pen. Her engagement with the nature during her childhood has inspired her to create limitlessly.
In order to pursue her interest in arts, Venerable Youji joined LaSalle-SIA, College of the Arts in Singapore at the age of 17. She indulged in the world of arts and strived to learn art creation in every way.
During adulthood, she enjoyed appreciating arts. She allowed herself to create in any way she desired through different mediums and media.
After joining the monastic order, Venerable Youji brought her drawing style back to its most original way - doodling. With a pen, a piece of paper, a line, a dot, and a circle, she drew, following her mind and the environment. As a monastic, she learnt to infuse Dharma into her creation, bringing Buddhist arts into yet another level. Venerable Youji vow to be like her Master, Venerable Master Hsing Yun, to be a Humanistic Buddhism practitioner, to spread Dharma into every corner of the world through culture and arts.

修行不在於地方，也不限模式。
隨時隨地，隨心隨境都可以。
行、住、坐、臥是修行；
一點，一線，一圈是修行；
一筆一畫，一字一句，也是修行。
佛法藝術畫是我的修行，
是我的功課。
期許自己做個人間佛教的行者，
用文化藝術將佛法傳遍世界的每個角落。
Cultivation is not restricted to a place, nor to a style;
Any where, any time; just follows the mind and environment.
Walking, Residing, Sitting, and Lying are Cultivation;
A dot, a Line, a Circle Are Cultivation;
A Pen and A Stroke, A Word and A Phrase Are Also Cultivation.
Dharma Through Drawing is My Way of Cultivation;
It Is My Way of Practicing.
I Vow to be a Humanistic Buddhism Practitioner,
To Spread the Dharma to Every Corner of the World Through Culture and Arts.
